Top Viral Videos of 2007

Greetings,

The following list is the top 5 of my favourite viral videos of this past year. So sit back and enjoy the best of what the internet has to offer.

5. "Leave Brittney Alone."

This is probably on the top of most lists, but it's only number 5 here. By the way, if you are wondering whether this is a man or not, it is a man.

4. "2 Girls 1 Cup"

The funny thing is that this video is not the main point. It's the reaction videos. I will not provide the link to the video. Actually, I advise against watching it. I could only watch the first 10 seconds.

3. "Peer Pressure"

- black guys *CHECK*
- unsuspecting furniture *CHECK*
- dry humping *CHECK*

2. "I Like Turtles"

Who doesn't like turtles? Indeed.

1. "Italian Spiderman"

One word. Goblin!

RAR: Year Zero

Just finished listening to the new NIN album "Year Zero", that is coming out on Apr.16th. One word. KICKASS. Much better than "With Teeth". Although not quite as good as my all time favourite "The Downward Spiral". You can listen to the whole album on the official site http://yearzero.nin.com/.

Stand out tracks include "The Good Soldier", "Capital G", "Meet Your Master", "The Great Destroyer", and "Zero Sum". The sound of the album is like a mix of NIN (of course) with some Aphex Twin, and maybe some hip hop beats. But the coolest part is that this is a concept album about a possible future for all of us. I encourage you to check the websites and media which support the concept. Wikipedia has all the links to all the supplementary material that surrounds the album.

8.5/10 - file it under "futuristically soundelicious".
